Ayça Kuru was born in Izmir and grew up with ballet and grace education since her childhood. Ayça KURU has been a student of the well-established grace instructors of Izmir as well as continuing her ballet life for ten (10) years. In addition to this, she has been entitled to receive degrees in Miss Turkey, Miss Aegean and many beauty contests.

She started her media life with the Miss Turkey contest in 2009 and as a result of the trainings she received, she worked as a presenter announcer both behind and in front of the camera at NTV, KRALTV, KRAL FM for a long time. Later, she was the host of the life style programme called Every Wednesday with Ayça, which was broadcast on SHOW TV for a year.

During this period, she completed her acting training and took part in many theatre plays, 40 commercials, 4 cinema films, 2 of which were female lead roles, and 11 series films as the main character. During this period, she was highly featured in the press.

In the following periods, he reduced his television career to part-time and focused on the media school and academy he opened with his brother Aydın Serdar Kuru, an expert trainer, ICF coach and writer.

Coming from a family of educators, the siblings actively participate in programmes on national channels (ATV, Kanal D, Show etc.), radios and news bulletins every month in order to emphasise education in Turkey and continue to give interviews in many magazines and newspapers.

Ayça Kuru, together with her brother and master Aydın Serdar Kuru, has given seventeen thousand (17.000) individual / corporate graduates to date. They play an active role not only in the private sector but also in the public sector. In particular, they provide training to the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Governorships, municipalities and other public institutions. The most active institutions receiving training in the public sector in 2020-2021 are IBB, Mint and TBMM.

In addition, many models, actors and presenters in the media sector have also received training from Kuru.

She has undertaken the contestant training, coordination and presentation of many competitions such as Miss Turkey, Miss Globe, Miss Exclusive, Golden of Beauty, Miss Fashion TV, Perfect Model, Cinema Beauty, King and Queen of Cinema, and she continues to teach in many universities such as Marmara University, Başkent University, Istanbul Bilgi University and Istanbul Aydın University within the scope of posture and business ethics trainings, etiquette trainings in many colleges such as Tek College, Istanbul Etiler College, Doğa College and Çevre College.

The trainings given in general are modelling, photomodelling, modelling, acting, presenting within the scope of media school; elegance, etiquette, etiquette, behavioural sciences, business ethics, image, communication, diction, perception management, persuasion tactics / techniques, presentation techniques and motivation within the academy. Thanks to the other trainers within the academy, they have the opportunity to provide all trainings in the sector.

In addition to providing a written material to the participants by crowning their training and consultancy with 5 books, they also have active training channels on youtube. In other words, the trainer passes as youtuber. Most recently, he wrote the book of effective speech and diction and counts the days to be distributed to all bookstores after the pandemic.

Ayça KURU, who has given training to many educational institutions and companies so far, continues her trainings within the state without interruption, while continuing her presenter and acting profession.
